Pterostilbene - pronounced [tero-still-bean]

  • Is a polyphenol that occurs naturally in blueberries
  • Is a phytoalexin, acting as the blueberry’s defense system
  • Has been used for thousands of years in Indian Ayurvedic medicine as a “blood tonic”
